Arrival / Departure

Arrival day: From 3 pm we are happy to put your apartment at your disposal.

Departure day: You are welcome to use your apartment until 10 am.

If you would like to arrive after 7 pm, we ask for a short notification.

Down payment

In order to fix your reservation, we ask you to confirm your booking in writing and to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount within 7 days. Only then your reservation is fixed.

Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer before departure or by credit card/debit card/cash on site.

Cancellation

Should you become ill or for other reasons not be able to start your vacation as planned, the following cancellation conditions apply (costs depend on the amount of the travel price):

Until 30 days before arrival	free of charge
from 29 days to 7 days before arrival	30% of the total price
From 6 days before arrival, no-show and early departure	100% of the total price
